  • Choosing the venue can be the most challenging task for the whole experience. This is where the planner comes to help. After a complimentary phone call consultation, we will narrow it down to match your vision and budget.

  • Of course! We also understand some budgets won’t allow it and we have services for you in that case.

  • Once we have chosen a venue, we will address the options. Every venue has different guidelines and they will determine what’s possible.

  • Yes, and it’s a beautiful experience when somebody that knows you performs the ceremony.
    There are guidelines to be followed in the State of Florida. Please ask your planner for more details.

  • Yes, I will be at the rehearsal with you. Please keep in mind, most venues require the rehearsal to be executed the day before in the morning or early afternoon. Plan to arrive to the Keys at least 2 days before the wedding for a stress-free experience.

  • ABSOLUTELY! I would love to meet you and scout venues with you once we have narrowed it down to our top choices. Please keep in mind, venues and planners are busy on weekends. Plan your visit Monday – Friday or you might not be able to have consultations. Check with your planner before booking your trip to the Keys to make sure they’re available.

  • Once you want to begin working together. There will be a lot of communication between us and a deposit is needed to begin.

  • That will depend on which venue you select. Some are pet friendly!
